Macy Nilsen

Macy Nilsen is the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Civil Site Group, where she supports the firm across marketing, communications, administration, and human resources. Macy graduated from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and went on to earn her Master of Business Administration.

At CSG, Macy oversees the firm's brand presence and storytelling — from social media strategy and digital content to event planning and internal communications. She brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to her work and is committed to showcasing the people and projects that make CSG stand out.

When Macy is not in the office, she loves staying active and spending time on her latest crafting project!
