KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

ENTRY LEVEL CIVIL ENGINEER / CIVIL ENGINEER IN-TRAINING (EIT)
We currently have an opening for an Entry Level Civil Engineer/Civil Engineer In-Training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Primary duties include CAD drafting and engineering design for site, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and paving. Specific responsibilities include assisting various Project Managers in plan preparation, analyzing site constraints, performing zoning code review and governing entity requirements, and performing basic AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting tasks and engineering calculations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
The following qualifications are preferred but not required for the ideal candidate:

1+ years of successful job related professional experience in the Civil Engineering industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

SURVEY CREW CHIEF

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Use and understand survey equipment such as total stations, GPS and data collectors

Download and upload survey data to and from the office

Read construction plans

Locate property corners

Communicate with project team including owners, managers, clients and co-workers.

Perform work duties including but not limited to: digging holes for monuments, walking on rugged terrain, and obtaining invert information on utilities.

Assisting registered surveyors with CAD productions, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.

Complete QA/QC relines checks.
