Working with the Owner, Architect, and City, our team re-envisioned the outdoor dining experience at Town Hall Station to create a fully functional and accessible exterior dining and patio space. We provided comprehensive site planning and landscape architecture services to transform this "on-the-street" location into a high-end destination. Our design focused on the complex organization of space to balance user experience with efficient restaurant operations, resulting in a multi-functional environment that serves as a premier neighborhood amenity.

To address the site’s location near a busy street and intersection, we utilized careful planting, hardscape, and strategic viewsheds to shield the dining area from traffic and the adjacent parking lot. Our technical approach to pathways and site layout ensures the space remains fully accessible while still allowing diners to feel engaged with the general street-level activity. By specifying resilient plant materials and integrated hardscape elements, our solution provides a comfortable micro-climate for guests without compromising the restaurant's operational flow.

The result is a refined outdoor environment that successfully integrates complex site planning with an elevated dining experience.
