Redevelopment of an existing 700-unit apartment community focused on enhancing outdoor amenities and overall site functionality. Improvements included new landscaping and community features such as green space, lawn games, and multiple dog park areas.

As part of a larger property revitalization, we worked closely with the owner and contractor to design new parking areas and a variety of resident activity spaces. Enhancements included renovation of the existing pool deck, addition of pedestrian paths and picnic areas, and repurposing underutilized tennis courts into flexible recreational spaces.

We also redesigned and rerouted walkways to address grading challenges and improve site circulation. The result is a more cohesive, user-friendly environment that better connects residents to a diverse range of outdoor amenities.
