Our work on the Climatech Campus Improvements involved comprehensive site renovations to an existing 80,000 SF industrial manufacturing facility. Our team provided site design and civil engineering for a parking lot expansion, building entrance reconfiguration, and stormwater management/BMP improvements. We focused the design on creating a building entrance experience that promotes easy wayfinding and presents a new, modern public image. Through the careful selection of native perennial plant material, we implemented a formal planting style that relates to the modern forms of the new entrance and canopy, resulting in a cohesive environment that integrates enhanced landscape improvements with our high-performance site upgrades.
