The Suite Living Eden Prairie project is a premier example of how civil engineering and landscape architecture can work in tandem to preserve and enhance a site’s natural characteristics. Our team was responsible for the full lifecycle of the site design, providing comprehensive services including surveying, grading, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, landscape architecture, and construction staking.

The design strategy focused on maintaining a sustainable interface between the built environment and the sensitive local ecology. By implementing engineered grading and maintaining hydrologic connectivity, we achieved the development goals while protecting the site’s natural functions. A key feature of this project is the enhanced wetland buffer and the strategic use of native plantings, which were specifically chosen to mitigate runoff and improve local habitat.

The final result is a resilient infrastructure that ensures long-term environmental harmony.
