At the pedestrian scale, the design incorporates groundcover, perennials, and grasses such as Karl Foerster Grass and Stella Supreme Daylily to add texture and a sense of warmth. These plantings are arranged to enhance the walking experience while maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming aesthetic. To ensure the landscape thrives with minimal intervention, the site features a fully programmable irrigation system and deeply mulched planting beds.
