Broadwell of Plymouth is a 4-story, 130-unit senior housing development situated on a four-acre site just north of Highway 55 in Plymouth, MN. The facility offers a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, complemented by hospitality-focused amenities such as restaurant-style dining, a club room, café, fitness and spa facilities, and multiple activity spaces. The development was built on the redevelopment of a former office building and parking lot site, creating an opportunity for a thoughtfully designed, resident-centered environment.

Our team provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, stormwater management design, and construction administration. Working closely with the owner and architect, our team integrated both aboveground and belowground stormwater management systems to meet City and watershed requirements, while delivering a quality amenity area and walking path that support the active lifestyle of the community's residents.
