The development of the Bridgewater Bank Headquarters involved the creation of a prominent four-story commercial office building featuring vibrant ground floor mixed use retail components. Serving as the site civil engineer and land surveyor, our team provided a full range of technical services including the engineering of both surface and underground parking structures, utility design, grading, and comprehensive site circulation plans. To manage the site environmental impact, we designed a sophisticated stormwater and infiltration system featuring an underground detention system to maximize land use efficiency.

A central component of our scope was the long term coordination of the project with intended city improvements and future development plans. This included a strategic redesign of the pedestrian experience where we integrated existing sidewalks running north and south by subtly deflecting the pedestrian path into the site. This adjustment allowed for the expansion of dedicated bicycle lanes and created a heightened and more immersive experience for those walking through the development.

Beyond the primary building infrastructure, our civil and surveying expertise extended to the design of the outdoor patio and amenity deck spaces. By balancing high level technical requirements like underground utilities and detention systems with a focus on urban connectivity, we helped establish a headquarters that serves as a functional commercial hub and a significant contributor to the local streetscape.
