A central feature of the environmental strategy includes the exclusive use of pollinator safe plants, strictly avoiding neonicotinoids to help protect local bee populations. To support healthy growth while conserving resources, we implemented an efficient, programmable irrigation system across the site. Furthermore, the design ensures that all disturbed ground is properly restored through high quality seeding or sodding, creating a cohesive and stabilized green environment.

The site layout also addresses functional beauty through smart urban forestry and internal greening.
