CR Crossing is an upscale multi-family development that prioritizes environmental stewardship through innovative site engineering. Because the project was developed on land that was previously 100% green space, a primary technical objective was to maintain pre-development runoff levels. Our team achieved this by designing and implementing two large aboveground infiltration basins, ensuring that stormwater is managed on-site in a way that protects the surrounding local ecosystem.

The landscape architectural plan features regionally appropriate plant materials and cedar mulch to create a resilient and visually striking environment. To support these plantings while minimizing resource consumption, we integrated a smart irrigation system that responds to site-specific needs. By balancing high-end aesthetic appeal with long-term environmental performance, CR Crossing serves as a model for responsible and sophisticated residential development.
