The Archer is a five-story residential development located in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood, strategically positioned between downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota. The site’s ground-level design focuses on activating the pedestrian corridor through an outdoor patio, while burnished block is utilized around the parking area for lasting durability.
