The primary challenge of this project involved carefully managing the site logistics to protect all existing underground and surface utilities. Ensuring long-term landscape and structural quality required a highly coordinated approach within the development's localized footprint, preventing any disruption to vital infrastructure during construction.

To overcome these constraints, our civil and surveying teams implemented a precise utility protection plan, ensuring that all existing site assets remained completely unaffected.
