Our work on Phase II of the 7-acre Woodbury Medical Office Building Campus for Summit Orthopedics consisted of the site design and civil engineering for a two-story, 40,989 SF multi-tenant medical office and specialty care clinic/ambulatory surgery center. To support this expansive medical campus, we engineered a high-performance infrastructure network that includes the design of specialized utilities and site grading to accommodate the building's clinical and surgical requirements. To manage the high volume of runoff for this large-scale development, we implemented a comprehensive stormwater solution utilizing two above-ground filtration basins and two underground filtration basins to treat and control stormwater on-site. The result is a resilient and fully integrated medical campus that highlights our ability to deliver technical stormwater management and site design for high-capacity healthcare facilities.
