The Arthrex project involved the development of a single-story, 17,000 SF medical education and distribution center for Gemini Medical’s orthopedic devices. Our team provided comprehensive site design and landscape architecture services to create a facility tailored for both high-level surgical training and client entertainment. Because this facility was designed to host surgical clientele, we implemented an upscale design that balances professional utility with refined social amenities.

To support the building’s dual mission of education and hospitality, our design features an enhanced landscaping plan and a premium outdoor patio and entertainment space. We integrated structural elements such as pergola seating to create a comfortable outdoor environment for guests. Our approach ensured that the site’s functional distribution requirements were met while maintaining the sophisticated aesthetic necessary for a premier medical education campus.
