This multi-tenant commercial building serves as a vibrant destination for fast-casual dining, specifically designed to house both Crisp & Green and Five Guys. Our team provided integrated civil engineering and landscape architecture services to ensure the site effectively balances high-volume turnover with an inviting customer experience. The design responded directly to the owner’s specific requirements for capacity, aesthetics, and long-term operational functionality within a busy commercial context.

A primary focus of the site planning was the coordination of an efficient parking plan and fluid site circulation to accommodate the demands of multiple popular tenants. To enhance the dining experience, we designed and integrated multiple al-fresco patio seating areas. These outdoor spaces utilize strategic landscape screening, including large shrubs, to provide a sense of enclosure and comfort for guests while maintaining a cohesive look with the surrounding commercial environment. Through this attentive design approach, we delivered a functional, high-capacity site that prioritizes both pedestrian comfort and vehicular efficiency.
