Morrow Apartments is a high-density affordable housing development featuring two 5-story buildings with ground-level commercial space and underground parking. A central design feature is the mid-block, pedestrian-friendly pathway that connects the site to Fairview Avenue, improving neighborhood porosity and access.

The site is defined by four heavily landscaped amenity courtyards and a dedicated tot-lot, creating a vibrant environment for residents. To meet ambitious sustainability goals, our team designed nearly 38,000 SF of new green space and incorporated 2,000 new trees, shrubs, and plants. This integrated landscape strategy serves as both an aesthetic asset and a functional wayfinding tool, transforming the urban site into a lush, walkable community landmark.
