A narrow site with significant grading challenges and close proximity to Vadnais Lake required thoughtful, coordinated design. Our team navigated elevation changes, integrated underground infrastructure including an underground infiltration chamber system and sanitary lift station with grinder pump, and planned shared amenities like parking, open space, and a playground within a constrained footprint.

Enhanced streetscape screening and dense landscaping were incorporated to address community concerns and better fit the neighborhood context. This project continues the vision of the adjacent phase, requiring ongoing coordination and forward-thinking design to ensure both sites function cohesively.
