Harbourline is an affordable multifamily housing development in St. Paul, MN, and a Finance & Commerce Top Project of 2024 and 2025 nominee. Located on a redevelopment site, the project was part of a multi-building design effort that also included the design and construction of a new city street within an existing alley. The complexity of the site required extensive coordination between two different architects and the City of St. Paul.

Our team provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, stormwater management design, and construction administration. Navigating the demands of a multi-building development on a redevelopment site, our team worked closely with all project stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and functional site design that supports this new affordable housing community in St. Paul.
