The Edison Apartment community in Roseville is a sophisticated three-phase residential development designed to live in harmony with its natural surroundings. A central focus of the project was the seamless integration of high-density housing with adjacent natural wetland areas and a connected public trail system. Our team worked to balance private residential needs with public-facing amenities, creating a site that serves both the residents and the broader Roseville community.

The expansive trail system serves as a highlight of the site design, featuring strategically placed public seating areas and a dedicated wetland overlook that provides sweeping views of the preserved environment. To promote health and wellness, we also incorporated nature-based outdoor exercise spaces, allowing for recreation that feels connected to the landscape.
