Our work on this multiphased single-family development included the design and implementation of public streets and utilities, along with the engineering of new county turn lanes. Our team led the technical coordination with the neighboring city water tower and oversaw the city trunk sanitary and water utility extensions across the project's multiple phases. The result is a well-integrated residential development that successfully balances large-scale utility extensions with our high-performance site infrastructure.
