Redevelopment of a parking lot into a luxury six-story, 144-unit apartment building and five-story, 120-unit hotel at a high-profile location on Kellogg Boulevard and Fort Road across from the Xcel Energy Center. The urban site was design with a pedestrian friendly plaza that receives significant foot traffic during games and events as well as, maintained city streetscape elements consistent with central downtown urban themes, wide sidewalks, street trees and landscape planters. Project stormwater interfaced with St. Paul’s historic bedrock tunnels and accessibility was key for city maintenance.
