re-development.  His professional expertise is in the areas of master planning, site design, place-making strategies, streetscape design, municipal entitlement process, site construction documents, and construction observation.  

 

His professional experience has involved site prospecting, site analyzing, and programming land development strategies for a variety of projects.He has the professional experience to supervise and direct all site   master-planning activities from schematic design through land entitlement and construction phases.  He also has the technical knowledge and capability to provide 3D site visualization, landscape rendering, and computer modeled grading design.
